Child Safety Standards (English)
Updated: 20 September 2026. These standards apply to the In Situ 360 app and website, operated by INSITU360, S.L., and to all profiles, messages, images, reviews and other content or conduct on the service. They apply regardless of the age of our users. In Situ 360 remains a service for adults aged 18 or over.
In Situ 360 explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. Users must not create, upload, request, share, promote or facilitate content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child.
- Prohibited material includes photographs, videos, drawings and computer-generated depictions of child sexual abuse.
- Prohibited conduct includes grooming or sexual solicitation of a child, including establishing contact to facilitate sexual abuse or obtain sexual content.
- Sexualization of children, sexual extortion (sextortion), trafficking of children for sexual purposes, and the promotion or facilitation of child sexual exploitation are prohibited.
Report within the app: open the user's profile or the conversation menu and choose Report user. Select the sexual-content reason, or the option indicating that the problem is not listed. Reporting does not require leaving the app. Users can also block another user from their profile options.
For a child safety concern, including suspected CSAE or CSAM, contact support@in-situ360.com with the subject “URGENT — Child safety”. No In Situ 360 account is required. Include only the information needed to locate the account or content, such as a profile identifier, link, approximate date and a short description. Do not download, copy or send suspected CSAM as an attachment. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement directly.
We review reports and other information that brings potential child safety violations to our attention. When we become aware of CSAM on the service, we act to remove it or disable access. We restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in CSAE as appropriate, and take steps to prevent further misuse.
We comply with applicable child safety laws and report confirmed CSAM to the competent regional authority or to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable. We preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. Reports and related information are handled for safety, investigation and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Designated child safety contact: In Situ 360 — Child safety contact, INSITU360, S.L., support@in-situ360.com. This channel receives child safety reports and communications from Google Play or other authorities concerning our enforcement and review procedures.
Information about the age suitability of In Situ 360
Last updated: 17 August 2026.
This page explains who In Situ 360 is intended for, what kind of content and interactions users can find on the platform, and the measures available to keep the service safe.
Minimum age and representation
In Situ 360 is intended for people aged 18 or over. People under 18 may not create or use an account, even with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Being technically able to complete registration does not establish eligibility.
Anyone creating or managing an account on behalf of a company or organisation must have sufficient authority to represent it. Published information and content must be accurate and respect the rights of the people concerned.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, you may report it to support@in-situ360.com with the minimum information needed to locate it. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless this is reasonably requested through an appropriate channel.
When we become aware of an account that does not meet the age requirement, we will take the necessary steps to restrict its use and address deletion of the data, subject to applicable preservation or safeguarding obligations. This eligibility rule does not exclude legal obligations that may arise concerning children's data.
